For sale is an 1890 Seated Liberty Silver Dime. The Seated Liberty Dime had a long run from 1837 to 1891 before being replaced by the Barber Dime. But even though they made them so many years they are still very hard to find because of low mintages and due to so many being melted down. Like all Seated Dimes, this coin is 90% silver.
As you can see from the pics the coin is in very good shape, and it would come in at a decent G grade. The obverse itself would actually be a VG grade, but the reverse is a little more worn, which is what gives this coin its G grade. All lettering, images, and date are all present. Many of the tiny letters in LIBERTY on the obverse shield are present as well, which is the first thing to wear down on these coins. The coin has a nice ash patina to it and has no major damage and has not been cleaned.
This is a nice vintage coin to add to any Dime collection. Please email me with questions or interest. Thanks!
