Vintage Grundig Stereo Console Model KS760u AM/FM/SW Dual Phono turntable record player Mid Century.
As seen in the TV series "Mad Men"/ Don Draper.
German craftsmanship. This was the top-of-the-line stereo hifi model from Grundig and their last tube stereo they made from the year 1967. Has the legendary built in Dual 1010 turntable.
This is in excellent cosmetic condition and a truly beautiful piece of furniture when polished up. It has always been treated with care since the day it was new and is in collector quality shape. Has a few very minor cosmetic flaws here and there after 51 years but overall in excelllent cosmetic shape with great eye appeal. It was working 100% fine and sounded really sweet and smooth with the 9 tube audio and 7 speakers when last played regularly about 10 years ago.
After just recently warming it up and testing it everything works and sounds fine except that sometimes the left channel will cut out and not work and sometimes it will play fine. As of now currently only one side/channel of stereo speakers is playing. That is the only issue I noted functionally and is probably not a serious repair or fix.
It measures 60" wide x 33" tall x 17" inches deep.
Ready for a new loving owner.

It would be a challenge to find a nicer original example of this rare top-of-the-line model anywhere.
