For sale is a very nice lot of 17 Standing Liberty Silver Quarters. The Standing Liberty Quarter had a pretty short mintage, running from 1916 to 1930, and was replaced by the Washington Quarter. The Standing Liberty Quarter is one of the most beautiful and artistic coins ever minted because of its very intricate details on the obverse. The coins in this lot consist of G & VG grades. The G grade dates included in this lot are: 1926 x 2, 1927 x 2, 1928, 1928-S, 1929, 1929-S, & 1930. The dates of the VG coins are: 1926, 1927 x 4, 1928, 1929, & 1930. And like all Standing Liberty Quarters, each of these coins are 90% silver, and altogether this set totals over 3 ounces of pure silver.
As you can see from the pics the coins are in good shape. As stated above all coins in the lot are nice G & VG grades. All lettering and the dates are clear and present, which is saying a lot since the dates wore down very quick on Standing Liberties. None of the coins have any major damage.
This is a great set of silver coins at a very low price. Please feel free to email me with questions or interest. Thanks!
