For sale is a great pair of the 1914 & 1915 Buffalo Nickels. The Buffalo Nickel was minted from 1913 to 1938 before it was replaced by the Jefferson Nickel. Many of the early dates in the teens are key dates of the series, and these two dates are no exception because of their low mintage numbers, with the 1914 being the bigger key date of the two. The early dates had their dates wear off so quickly that so many are not recognizable anymore, so whenever you find these early coin with dates it is always a nice find.
As you can see from the pics the coins are in good condition with all lettering and raised images clear and present. Both coins would come in as G grades. The dates are faded in some spots but are still totally readable. In fact, you will not get full date Buffalo Nickels until they hit upper VG grades. Neither coins have any major damage and have not been cleaned.
This really is a must-have pair for any Buffalo Nickel collection. Please mail me for any questions or interest. Thanks!
