For Sale is a pair of absolutely gorgeous 1978 & 1979 U.S. Proof Sets in their original Mint packaging. These sets gives you 2 each of the Dollars, Half Dollars, Quarters, Dimes, Nickels, and Cents from both years. A cool variety here is the Dollar in the 78 set is the final Eisenhower Dollar ever minted & the 79 set has the very first Susan B. Anthony Dollar for a total of 12 proof coins!

Each and every coin in these sets are absolutely gorgeous. There is no major toning at all, and all would easily grade at high proof grades, and all have the perfect mirror finish with frosty images you expect from high quality proof coins. Some of the Mint packaging may have rips or tears to the boxes but that is very typical of sets this old. The pics of the boxes are file pics.
