Here is a pretty solid project I got years ago and never finished. I would love to see this ORIGINAL SS IMPALA Big Block 4 Speed car, no motor or tranny, go to a new home who will take the time to finish it up. The 65 started a revolution in the hot rod world as it was the beginning of the streamline body style, especially over the 64 model. GM kept the streamlined body style for years without much change, but the 65 was the originator.
Most of the orig. body parts are all there in the trunk , like the bumpers, core support and grill (not pictured), the interior is complete, the original dash, and SS door panels, are also there in the trunk. All the glass is there and good shape.
Of course you will need a car hauler or tow truck to transport this rolling vehicle. I have been pouring lots of $ and parts into it over the years, more than I care to remember, I have more invested in this project than I'm currently asking for it, my loss your gain. The trunk is full of hard to find stuff, as is the interior. There is surface rust spread around but NO rot holes in the body, except a couple inches around the back window . I have old original 396 and 427 Big Block engines that I will let go for an extra few grand. I own a HP engine machine shop, either engine can be built with what ever horsepower you want. Original title is clear and ready for sale $11000.. OBO or trade? Hot Rods or Harleys considered.
