New price, $1,000. Note, this is not going to be a 'get it back going on the street lookin' good' kind of project. I took some more photos, message me for a link to the album. There's more rust than I initially noticed when I placed this ad. If you've got a trailer with a winch (or similar way to get it on there) this can be yours quick and simple.



Note, I've turned down offers under $1k. I can easily get that with the nice clean interior seats, door cards, etc. with minimal effort. This is a project I'd prefer not to spend time on though. I'd rather it have a new home by the end of the month.


Bump. Looking to find it a home by the end of the month. Subaru enthusiasts, don't let this to to Kars for Kids. I have no idea what those Kids do to them.

Selling my 2002 Subaru WRX wagon. It has a rebuilt title — I bought it in 2004 with 18k miles from a shop that had repaired it after an accident. I picked it up as a reliable winter car to complement my Honda S2000, and it always drove straight and true for me with no issues.

The car last ran about 5 years ago with under 150k miles showing on the digital odometer. At that time, some wiring atrophy kept it from turning over, and I parked it. I had been saving it as a donor for a Factory Five 818 kit before life got in the way and that project was discontinued. I’m confident that with power dumped to the starter, harness, and grounds, it would fire up again — but I haven’t tried, since I don’t have the time or space for it anymore.

Condition:

Complete car, nothing stripped.

Some rough spots on the body (see pictures).

Interior is stock and very clean, with normal carpet wear on the driver’s side.

Hasn’t been on the road in years, so it will need to be towed.

This would be perfect for:

An enthusiast wanting a WRX project.

A rallycross or track build.

Someone looking to part it out.

I’d part it myself, but I have too many other projects.
