This commercial grade Simpson Pro Series 4400 PSI 4- GPM gas powered pressure washer is in like new condition. I am a small engine mechanic, and I obtained this unit as a return item from Loes hardware store. This unit was returned because the pump was inoperable, it turns out that the customer was running the engine without having the water turned on which in turn burned out the pump. I replaced the pump with a new 4400 PSI pump. This unit has only been run to test out the unit, it has so much pressure that it takes two hands to hold the wand, of course you can always dial down the pressure if you want to.
