You've heard of U-Pick flowers. Here is a U-Dig 😅
Before I cut things back for the season, wanted to see if anyone is interested in giving some very well established ditch lilies, iris, hosta and ferns a new home (they are all due to be split!).
Please note: With the recent heat and summer sun, these plants do have some level of scorching (some worse than others, but none bad) and I highly recommend a shaded spot and healthy watering schedule for transplanting to help them root and revive. Last couple pictures show current state.
I have a *ton* of ditch lilies (all orange-more than pictured), and ground cover sedum (spreading, yellow summer blooms). May also be willing to part with some large hydrangea (not sure on the variety, green-to-white blooms--currently growing from 3-5ft tall and wide).
No charge, but please plan to bring your own shovel and means of transporting the plants you'd like to take home.
Message me with a request. We can coordinate dig time when appropriate through the summer/fall.
