Figuring out what to make for dinner is one of the most stressful parts of our day. We need to eat, but by the time we get home, we’re too exhausted to even THINK about WHAT to cook. Don’t even mention food prices, or that weird pain in your chest you get sometimes…
With my help (yes, I am a real person) we can create a meal plan together that is healthy, simple, full of flavor, and accessible to every person.
How this all works:
1. We’ll have an in person or virtual conversation about your likes and dislikes, wants, health needs, what’s been working, and what hasn’t been working.
2. After gathering my information, I’ll draft a plan within 24 hours, and send it to you for finalization.
3. Depending on the service you chose, we’ll either move on with planning, allowing for another 24 hour turnaround until your final meal is sent in a PDF to you (or written/typed by hand if analog’s more your style) OR I will come in person with our finalized plan, gather groceries, and prepare your meals for the week.
*YOU are included in every step, and if you’d like to learn how to do these things yourself (ultimately removing me from the equation one day…) that’s welcomed! I can teach you all I know during the process.
