Our real estate company is hiring a skilled and dependable HVAC technician to service and maintain systems across our residential and commercial properties located all around Chicagoland—especially in the South suburbs and South Side neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls across multiple properties
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain detailed service logs and communicate effectively with property managers
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA license
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Own set of tools required for service and repair
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- No background check issues
