South side based Property management company is looking for a full-time, janitor with some general maintenance experience. Must be able to prepare apartments for new moves. painting throughout and making necessary repairs. Looking to hire someone ASAP for multiple units on the southside of Chicago.
Requirements:
Transportation and your own tools
Minimum 2years experience
General experience with plumbing, electric, flooring, tile installation, etc.
