-Primary Services & Scope-
We are looking for crews with expertise in:
Residential Specialties: Tear-offs, reshingling, and new construction.
Roof Systems: Asphalt shingles, flat roofs, and metal roofing.
Maintenance & Repair: Leak detection, flashing, and shingle replacement.
Exterior Services: Gutter, downspout, soffit, and fascia installation and repair.
-Requirements & Qualifications-
* Proven Experience: Reliable, skilled crews with a strong background in roofing trades.
* Safety & Compliance: Must be OSHA and safety compliant on all job sites.
* Tools & Transportation: Must have your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation. A valid driver’s license is required for those operating company-owned vehicles.
* Professional Standards: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills when coordinating with the foreman, clients, and co-workers.
