Experienced Painter or Painting Crew Wanted – Southwest Chicago Suburbs
We are seeking an experienced, reliable painter or painting crew for our rental properties located in the southwest suburbs of the Chicagoland area. We are looking to establish a long-term working relationship with someone who consistently provides high-quality work.
Our current project is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, approximately 900-square-foot first-floor condominium. The tenant is almost completely moved out and we are looking to have the entire interior professionally painted immediately after the unit is vacant.
The condo is in good condition and was last painted approximately seven years ago. We are looking for a clean, detail-oriented painter who takes pride in their work.
Scope of Work:
Paint all walls (light gray)
Paint all ceilings (white)
Paint all closets (white)
Paint all trim, baseboards, and doors (white)
Fill all nail holes and repair minor wall and ceiling cracks before painting
The unit includes:
Living room
Small kitchen
Dining area
2 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
Small hallway
5 closets
Materials:
We will provide all paint. The painter must provide all other necessary supplies and equipment, including drop cloths, tape, brushes, rollers, ladders, and any other tools required to complete the job professionally.
