Looking for an experienced painter or handyman to paint an 1,800 sq. ft. condo. Labor only—I will supply all paint and painting materials.

Work Includes

* Sand and prep walls and ceilings
* Patch minor holes
* Light caulking
* Remove/reinstall light fixtures, switch plates, outlet covers, and vent covers
* Apply two coats of paint
* Clean up after completion

Areas & Labor Budget

* 3 Bedrooms – $200 each
* Living Room – $300
* Family Room – $300
* Kitchen – $250
* Hallway – $225
* Half Bathroom – $150
* Rear Storage Area – $150

Total Labor Budget: Approximately $1,975

Main full bathroom is NOT included.

Schedule

Payment

* Small payment to begin work
* Progress payments based on completed work
* Final payment held until the entire project is completed, including touch-ups, cleanup, and final walkthrough.
