CLEANING/ORGANIZING:
I need some help around my 4bd house in Orland, after a chaotic exit from a partner who had severe ADHD... I want to get it ready so I can rent a room.
I have a carpal tunnel surgery next month so my hands are bad that's why I'm looking to get some things done before the surgery. I'm a full-time at home caregiver to a sick parent... A couple hundred max is what I can afford for this job. I just need to clean & organize the chaos. I will be helping

PAINTING:
1... also need to paint two roughly 12 x 12 bedrooms. With patch work.
2... I need to tile the back wall in the shower. 60x90 wall. Also caulking 2 bath tubs. Would like a price on replacing the bathroom floor tile as well??
3...I have carpet with padding in storage that I want to install in all 3 bedrooms.
Other projects:
*... I need to make a hole in the kitchen wall for a exhaust fan Above the stove.
*... Need a tree cut down.
*.. Need to do a 4 wheel rotor and pad install on my F-1 50. I have the parts.
*...I have a electric powered rolling tonneau cover that I need to install on that F-150 as well.
*...I also need to install a bedslide in the f150. Need hardware though for this.
