A growing commercial cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL is currently seeking an individual who knows how to use Facebook & LinkedIn. MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish, including the ability to read, write and speak the language. Position has very flexible days and hours to fit your schedule.
Maintains and enhances the organization's social media presence and attracting new talent. Be attentive to all inquiries coming from all media sources, including Messenger, phone calls and texts.
Be able to pay attention to inquiries and questions from all interested candidates to serve them well by responding in a respectful, friendly manner. Making sure they are being listened and respond on the behalf of our business by treating them the way we like to be treated.
Recruit people from social media and other online sources.
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook,
Well-organized / detail oriented
Capable of multi-tasking
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, Nice, Easy to work with
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software
2-4 years of small business experience
Bilingual: English & Spanish is a bonus
Human Resources and/or Payroll experience
