Office Manager / Administrative Assistant Needed – Bourbonnais Real Estate Company
We are a busy Chicago-area real estate investment company (fixer-uppers, rentals, and commercial properties) looking for a reliable Office Manager / Admin to join our team in Bourbonnais, IL.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week in our local office.
Key Responsibilities:
General office management and daily operations
Talking with renters and handling tenant communications
Data entry and record keeping
Using PC and basic software for admin tasks (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
Occasional trips to downtown Chicago (about 3 times per month)
Other administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Comfortable using a PC and basic computer programs
Strong communication skills – able to speak professionally with renters and clients
Experience with data entry and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to downtown Chicago 3x/month
Professional, organized, and dependable
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (discussed at interview)
40 hours per week – stable full-time role
