General Job Description
Customer Service Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties: Sales, Payment Processing, Scheduling of deliveries and Service repair requests.
Responding to customer inquiries of sales and services through email, phone, text or chat.
Timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction of service is provided to our customers at all times.
Responsible for the fulfillment of all sales orders and repair scheduling.
Accurate reporting, labeling and tagging of items sold.
Complete daily reports for management.
Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly manner, with clean-up performed throughout the day Maintain and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A minimum of 1+ years of related experience preferred in Sales, a retail environment or E-commerce.
Strong organizational skills, data entry and computer, experience ability to work well with others in a high pace environment.
Strong communication and written skills.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to provide feedback to improve and provide better systems.
