Job Description:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience in both English and Spanish.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage inventory and product restocking.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory and sales tracking.
- Assist with social media marketing content and uploading.
- Engage effectively with customers and team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not required.
- Experience in social media postings.
- Proficient in social media for product marketing.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
