Looking for Livable cosmetic fixer upper,30 mins to 1hr from joliet il. As far as kankakee from joliet. Long shot but thought I'd try. Prefer kinda rural with not many neighbors but super close to major amenities. Must have a decent roof with no inside damage from leaking roof. ,no mold,no termite damage & all mechanicals must be working. Don't have to be brand new mechanicals but good working condition,& no knob & tube electrical! 2 bedrooms with possibility to make 2 more attic,basement ect , desent yard I have dogs as hence to why I prefer countrish! Can be smaller house doesn't have to be 2 story. I'm on conventional loan 40,000 . Very hard I know but not impossible! I'm 6 hours from joliet in the south it's hard goin back & forth 6 hours everytime on realtor & zillow ect for viewings & back again paying inspectors & then it not working out over & over. Trying to get back close to my big kids ! Taxes also need to be current on the property! I am not a flipper,or investor just a regular person but low income as to why my loan is small, but as I said I'm already approved for conventional loan with preapproval on any property I'm interested in the price range. I can make cosmetic repairs but I can't afford all the big issues, please just send me whatever you got to my email pics,location ect *& most of all your honesty! I just wanna go home! 40k isn't much I know but I'm just hoping for a miracle thank you! Please no ignorant responses.
