Second bedroom is semi-furnish with twin bed and dresses. Has it's on closet and close to the second floor bathroom.
The house has newer appliances with a half finished basement to work out in. Laundry is on site.
You: Female mid 30's and up, with a credit score of 650 and up, employed. One small dog is okay. Respectful and clean
Me: Female mid-40's work from home with three dogs and a cat in the premises. The dogs wake up at 5am every day, so we start our days then. I start work at 8AM and I am on the phone most of the day. I keep the house clean and neat despite 3 dogs. I tend to be more liberal and I am a terrible cook.
Details: The house was built in 1947 the inside was remodeled. Two full baths, so we can have our own. In a great quite neighborhood in Garfield Ridge just on the border before the SW Burbs. I would cover all utilities.
Lease terms: we can do a three month trial period, 6 month, or year.
