Also I have a balcony with nice view, and building has a small gym which has everything basic equipment and rooftop for grilling and sunbathing. Rent for room is $550/month. Home rules: no smoking and no frequent guests. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and tidy. One wall of the room is not fully closed at the top, but planning add something to cover it for more privacy. Room easy fits queen size bed.
