My spare room is coming available this weekend, looking for a down to earth roomie.
Small room, has small closet and private half bath, Full bed on platform frame and long dresser. Can supply TV and streaming device.
Shared shower and kitchen and living room. I have 2 Australian Cattle Dogs, a 14yo Red Heeler that is running out of time and a 9yo Blue Heeler, both rescues. No pit bulls, excluded on insurance sadly, I work with dogs for a living and love the breed.
I have been here 14 years in the back corner of Sugar Creek Hills Neighborhood. Walking distance to Ikea, Amazons MDW2 and 4, Close to I80, 10 min from 55 and 355.
I am not close to bus stops, 3/4 mile hike. As a hobby I do build Ebikes and modify scooters if you need to travel that way!
I work first shift, days. I prefer someone that works the same. I am tired of trying to be quiet in the kitchen for night workers. Sorry.
