I've been here 14 years now in unit 1, I love the location and Sugar Creek Hills neighborhood. 1.7 miles from 80, 10 min from 355 and 55. Walking distance to Amazons MDW2 and MDW4 and it's back roads to get necessities. About 3/4 mile from bus stop though so not a good place if you rely on that and don't drive. I build/fix/modify pedal less ebikes and scooters if you travel that way.
Nice big yard overlooking two ponds, 1/2 mile walk from doorstep around them and back, lots of foot traffic so a Dog must be well behaved or leashed always. No Pit Bulls, sorry but excluded on insurance. I work with dogs for a living and love the breed.. I have an Australian Cattle Dog, Blue Heeler. I lost my Red Heeler to old age last month so he would enjoy a playmate. Wauponsee Trail runs on the other side of the ponds, goes through the neighborhood to the liquor store and beyond.
Utilities/WIFI are included, we are on well and septic out here so I get drinking water delivered for both sides.
