Coast to Coast Exteriors is hiring for experienced door-to-door Sales Representatives.
We’re looking for someone confident, driven, and professional—someone who can follow up leads, prospect, and build relationships with homeowners. Training and tools are provided so you can ramp up fast and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on provided leads
- Canvas storm-affected areas to generate customers
- Cold call/prospect for tile re-underlayment and spray foam roofing jobs
- Track leads and progress in our CRM
Requirements
- Confident communicator with strong presence
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel within assigned territory/region
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation
- Base + commission (training/probation)
- Base + commission (after probation)
- Bonuses for hitting/exceeding goals
- Company vehicle + tools/equipment provided for sales use
