Seeking experienced window installation subcontractors / crew for residential projects.

What we’re looking for:

A crew or team with demonstrated experience installing replacement windows.

Ability to handle all phases: removal of old windows, framing adjustments, flashing / waterproofing, insulation & sealing, interior & exterior trim, caulking, cleanup

Proper licensing, bonding, and insurance — you must provide proof

Knowledge of local building codes, energy efficiency standards, and applicable permit/inspection requirements

Strong references and examples of past work (photos, client contacts)

Good communication, punctuality, clean jobsite conduct, and quality craftsmanship

What to include in your response:

Years of experience and types of window jobs you’ve done

Types of windows you’ve installed (vinyl, wood, aluminum, casement, double-hung, etc.)

References + photos / links to past jobs

Warranty or guarantee on your work (punch list, rework, etc.)3
