This is a fully functional service unit - drive about - 3 cylinder gas engine - 3 speed transmission - enclosed cab - wipers - heater - defrosters - headlights - tail lights - work lights - mar lights -paint two tone like a squad car - beautiful.
I build this several years ago for on site safe testing - on 100's of Trailer and Tractors retired four years ago.
This has always been housed - perfect condition - needs nothing - just put all new tires on it - new battery.

Test all the lights on any units - has a switch board in the back -can do all the lights- left/right turn - flashers - brake lights
Has a almost brand new air compressor with gas powered Honda 5 hp engine - has Glad Hands to check for any air leaks check the adjustment on the slack adjusters -I have a large tool box with ever combination of electric plugs - if it every light on a trailer the brake away - unbelievable
Has brand new portable walkie talkies - tools - many more options.
Not street legal - was always haul on a small aluminum trailer - trailer sold separate.
Made a very good living - but you have a large fleet of trailers - tractors you can do one in 5- 10 minutes.
