8 Foot Contractor Style Topper
3500lb axle with electric brakes and the individual parking brakes work (surge bakes were deleted)
It has the stock springs and also retains the shocks
All terrain tires that were covered when stored
All new LED lighting including reverse lights
Has option for Pintle Hook or Receiver and Ball. Both sides are included for a 2" receiver
I have keys for the topper
There is an 8 foot bed slide

Tent and ARB awning are optional and included in listed price
Tent is nearly the equivalent of a king size bed and foam mattress is comfortable when sleeping on a sleeping bag
Annex and Awning accomodate about a 6'6" person to stand under
You can use the tent without the annex for quicker setup.
There is a 100 watt solar panel ready to be hooked up to the electrical system of your choice, I used a Goal Zero Yeti 400 (not included)
There is a spot for a battery to be mounted
It has a small water tank with pump as well

The wheels on it are from a 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon. There is not a spare as we used a shared spare.
Rack up front accomodates a cooler which is good for proper tongue weight.
