Requirements:
- No DUI
- No speeding violations over 15 mph
- No SAP program history
- Typical start: 4:00am | Finish: 3:00–4:00pm
- All 53’ intermodal containers/trailers (Chicago rails to local/regional shippers & receivers)
- 5-6 days/week, steady work — no layoffs, no slow season
- Percentage pay 50% of gross
- Extra pay for fueling reefers
- Extra pay for taking trucks for service
- Monthly mileage bonus
- Monthly fuel efficiency bonus
- No escrow
- 1099 position
- Average weekly take-home: $1,300–$2,500+
- 2016–2020 Freightliner Cascadia Automatics
- Assigned truck (no slip seating)
- Rental trucks provided if down for repair over 2 days
