Consistent local work available 5+ days per week.
Intermodal routes, typically 100–120 miles from the yard or less.
Majority of operations run Monday through Friday, with optional weekend work.
Longer runs and crosstowns available.
Primarily 53’ container work, with occasional 20’ and 40’ containers.
Freight from all yards, allowing drivers to be based anywhere in the Chicagoland or NWI area.
100% no-touch freight.
Rail waiting time and detention are paid.
No forced dispatch; flexible scheduling and drive times.
Fuel surcharge updated weekly (fuel surcharge not included in listed compensation figures).
1099 position with weekly settlements paid via direct deposit every Friday.
Service area includes Illinois, Indiana, eastern Iowa, western Michigan, and southern Wisconsin.

REQUIREMENTS
*Must be at least 23 years old with a valid Class A CDL
*Must have 2 years of verifiable driving experience--intermodal experience preferred
*No DUI within the last 5 years
*No more than 4 moving violations in last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last year
*No preventable accidents within the last 3 years
