Miles stay consistent, freight keeps moving, and pay goes out every week and on time. Trucks are well maintained so you can focus on driving and earning instead of waiting around or stressing about the next load.
PAY and BONUSES 💰
🔹 Solo: 70+ CPM
🔹 Team: 80+ CPM
🔹 Guaranteed miles: 3,200 to 4,500 per week
🔹 All miles paid: loaded and empty (no unpaid miles)
🔹 Tarp pay: $75 per load
🔹 Extra pick/drop: $200 each
🔹 Detention: $15/hr after 3 hours
🔹 Layover: $100/day after 6 hours
🔹 Inspection bonus
🔹 Referral bonus: $1,200

REQUIREMENTS 📋
🔹Valid CDL-A
🔹Minimum 1 year OTR and 6+ months flatbed experience
🔹Confident with securement (chains, straps, tarps)
🔹Clean MVR (no major violations or accidents)
🔹Must pass a drug test (No SAP)
🔹No recent DUI or criminal charges
