Part of a 100+ truck operation (12+ years in business)
Dispatch is 100% USA-based with 20+ years real OTR experience
💰 TEAM PAY – $0.90 CPM (ALL MILES PAID – LOADED & EMPTY)
• 6,000–7,000+ miles weekly
• $5,400–$6,300+ weekly per truck
• $2,700–$3,150+ per driver weekly
• $140,000+ yearly per driver potential

🚛 EQUIPMENT
• 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic)
• Team-ready trucks
• Governed at 70 MPH
• Motive ELD
• Forward-facing camera only (NO driver-facing camera)
📋 POSITION DETAILS
• OTR – all 48 states
• 3+ weeks out preferred
• Weekly direct deposit

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Must be an existing team (we do NOT match drivers)
• Both drivers 25+
• Minimum 18 months OTR (each)
• Valid CDL-A (both)
• Max 3 violations (last 3 years, none recent)
• Clean PSP preferred
• ❌ No SAP drivers
