My name is Jay, and I am seeking professional painting estimates for an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. condo located in Chicago, IL 60637.

The condo consists of 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, somewhat higher ceilings, and a back storage area that also needs to be painted. Walls will require preparation, including sanding, priming, patching, and smoothing rough paint areas.

Scope of work includes:

* Interior painting throughout the condo
* Painting all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas
* Painting the back storage area
* Wall preparation, including sanding, priming, and patching holes
* Smoothing rough paint areas and repairing minor wall imperfections
* Removing paint drips or old paint from woodwork where necessary
* Caulking around permanent fixtures as needed
* Minor drywall/sheetrock repairs
* Kitchen cabinet painting
* Installing or replacing bathroom trim/molding where needed
* Bathroom tub refacing and half shower refacing

I will provide the paint. Looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and professional contractor who takes pride in quality workmanship.

The job is expected to begin on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am available for estimates on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 7 AM and 10 AM.
