EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
General office work including but not limited to:
Payroll through QuickBooks
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Update and maintain organized filing system
In house accounting tasks
Must have excellent computer skills including proficiency in Quickbooks Premier, Excel, Internet Search Engines and Microsoft Word.
Must have good writing skills and must be able to multi-task
Strong knowledge in Construction Accounting and Business
3-5 Years experience in construction related accounting: WIP Schedules, Job Cost, AIA, Construction Waivers, Textura etc
