Reliance Industries of Chicago owned several divisions dating back to the late 1930’s or early 1940’s. They owned Reliance Picture Frame Company and Reliance Print Company. They employed artists to paint original pieces from which lithographs would be made. Prints were printed and sold through local variety stores such as Kreske, Woolworth, and Ben Franklin.
Just off of Ogden and Highland in Downers.
