This is a limited Edition 1996 1:64 Scale Hot Wheels set that was created for Target stores. It contains 8 classic cars created by Hot Wheels Designers, all in special finishes. The box shows a wire frame of the 'Twin Mill II' on the cover. Very good condition. Cars never removed from box. Limited Edition # 08944.
