Help needed promoting/boosting FP page (Hampshire)

I am looking to hire someone (probably no more than 1 - 2 hours), to show me all the ins and outs of promoting/boosting a FaceBook page. I have a FaceBook page for a small business (carpet cleaning). I need to be shown how to promote and target a specific audience. I am not at all computer oriented. Last time I paid to boost my page, I got calls/messages from people as far as California, FL, etc. I want someone to sit down with me and walk me through this. I am NOT looking to do this over the phone/zoom etc. I live in Hampshire, and willing to meet in a public place, McDonalds, Starbucks, library etc. Most people have quoted me $30/hour, but then jnever were willing to meet. Please have knowledge specifically promoting/boosting FaceBook pages.
