About the role:
The Customer Service Specialist's main role is interacting with existing Frigid Fluid customers and sales reps, ensuring that they have a good experience on the phone when asking questions, ordering product or needing any other form of assistance. A positive, high energy individual that is bilingual English/Spanish is best in the role. Most of the day will consist of order entry, filing, phone calls, emails and assisting the President of the company.
Answering customer calls
Interacting with existing clients - focusing on a pleasant phone experience
Ability to upsell existing clients new products
Assist field sales reps over the phone
Copying and Scanning Documents, Filing, Faxing
Taking orders from new customers and existing clients
Purchase order entry
Assist President with trip planning and trade show events
Perform other miscellaneous duties and projects
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong computer literacy including MS Office suite escpecially Outlook
Bilingual, English and Spanish
Very Positive phone presence
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently
Full time (40hrs), 7:30AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday.
$18-$22 per hour based on experience
2 weeks Vacation time, Health, and Dental after 90 days of employment and 4% 401K match after 1 year of employment.
