Hire in Melrose Park Area at metals manufacturing plant. Past experience in metals manufacturing doing customer service
is what we are seeking. Position will be starting very soon!
Responsibilities
Daily contact with customers includes placing orders, following manufacture of stampings to ensure on time delivery, and shipping parts out via common carrier. Highly organized and detailed oriented.

Pleasant, patient, helpful phone voice required as many customers and suppliers call daily. (ability to build relationships with them daily and be welcoming and helpful to all questions/concerns) Various bookkeeping and business tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail is required and must enjoy working with numbers.
We need a dependable, team player who can work independently and communicates well with our supervisory staff always, person to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Occasional overtime maybe required.
The company is a worldwide manufacturer of metal stampings mainly used in the automotive industry. We are a TS16949 certified company specializing in tight tolerance, deep draw stampings. The company is a stable, privately owned company and has been in business over 75 years!
Friendly atmosphere and casual dress (jeans and tennis shoes) allowed.
