I am selling because we just had our second child and no longer meets our needs. I am deeply saddened to let this car go, but I'm hoping it will find someone who enjoys it for what it is/has: a very reliable powertrain, the last of the naturally aspirated BMW straight 6's, a fantastic manual transmission experience with hydraulic steering, and a beautifully engineered chassis that feels a third of its age.

I will continue to daily drive this car to work. While paint needs work, the car is an incredible "10-feet" car, meaning from 10 feet away it appears without imperfection. Car has original clutch, but it works perfectly well. With the maintenance performed and new tires I am asking $9,500. A nationwide search on cars.com reveals very rare, but comparably priced examples that very doubtfully have had this service history. Payment with cashiers check and bill of sale to be signed with notary present. Reply to post.
