17.25"h x 9.875"w x 8.25"d and weigh about 15lbs each in a nice vinyl wrap.
They have an 8" woofer and a 1" soft dome tweeter in an acoustic suspension system (sealed box).
One tweeter has a couple little dimples, but it doesn't affect sound at all. The woofers have rubber surrounds so no deterioration.
They are fairly efficient and sound great with as little as 30 watts.
Last 2 pictures show the only flaws in the cabinets. One small nick on back/side edge smaller than a dime. And the bottom of one speaker at the edge has a slight lifting of vinyl wrap. As you can see from pictures these are barely noticeable.

If you are looking for that Classic British Sound on a budget, these are really nice speakers. Tight bass, smooth midrange, nice highs with very good imaging.
