Circa late 1950's early 1960's PHONOLA suitcase model multi-chennel stereo suitcase model record player. Features a 4 speed record changer. I think the tube amplifier has two 50EH5 tubes. Perhaps more rare than the "Phonola" phonograph itself is the included original right channel extension speaker. Most of the extension speakers were long lost. The left channel speaker is built in to the phonograph. The cabinet suffers from being stored in a damp location. I did plug the phonograph in to electric for testing and suprisingly the turntable turned smoothly and the idler wheel appeared to be still good. The amplifier tubes lit up and I got noise through the extension speaker. Most of the restoration on this unit would be to restore the cabinet. The needle and cartridge in the tone arm are still in place. Phonograph measures aprox 15 1/2" length x 17 3/4" deep x 8 1/2" height. Pick up from Villa Park, IL.
