Price is firm. Prints. Scans. Copies. Duplexes. All-in-one printer! Printer worked great until recently when I went on vacation. I turned it off. When I got back and turned it back on, the inkjet head wouldn't print. Error code says 0x61011beb which appears to indicate that the print head is clogged and cannot communicate with the printer. I tried cleaning it multiple times. I am not knowledgeable about electronics and if you are, you will have better success. I looked on YouTube and there are videos about cleaning the print head. I am not savvy about electronics and don't want to mess with it "under the hood." So, be prepared to clean the printhead in exchange for a great deal! At worst, you can replace the print head for $15.39 from Amazon with free delivery here: https://www.amazon.com/Printhead-Replacement-Officejet-Printers-Supplies/dp/B0CT8CWRXH? Or, if you want to wait for a slow boat from China which takes 2 to 3 weeks, order from AliExpress for $7.07 here: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256808258990642.html? These HP printers normally sell used on eBay for $45.00 or more in non-working condition. In working condition, they sell for well over $150.00. I don't want to troubleshoot the printer, so this is truly a deal not to pass up!
