Now Hiring: Full-Time Cook / Kitchen Lead
Geneva Winery — Downtown Geneva, IL
We’re growing and looking for a passionate, creative cook to lead the food side of our winery experience!
This is not a typical restaurant line-cook job. You’ll have the freedom to plan menus, create specials, and build food offerings that pair perfectly with wine in a relaxed, upscale environment.
What you’ll do:
Menu planning & food prep
Create rotating small-plates & seasonal specials
Build and assemble charcuterie boards
Develop pairings with our wines
Maintain kitchen organization, ordering & inventory
Help design new food offerings and events
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys creativity and independence in the kitchen
Has solid food prep and kitchen organization skills
Understands presentation and plating
Is reliable and self-motivated
Can work weekends (our busiest times)
Culinary or kitchen experience preferred (not required if you have talent!)
