Retired construction blinking traffic light on two metal support brackets that open and close like a scissors. No electronics or battery. Some cracks in yellow plastic and rust on brackets. Exactly as pictured. Modify to make it work again. Great for a prop, keeping people off fresh cement, garage sale, dangerous holes, etc. Measures aprox 7 1/2" wide x 8" deep x 53" height.
