Gently used Pro Form Ab Glider abdominal exercise bench has LCD multi-function display monitor. I used this for about a month and then signed up for a health club. Let my loss be your gain! Very clean. Excellent gently used condition. This is a quality-built exercise tool and not a toy. Most of the ab machines and stomach exercisers are cheap junk. This is not. You will know when you pick it up to put it in your buggy to get it home! It's heavy! Solid! (I will help if you need.) The welded steel frame has a solid, swiveling arc track. Thoughtful design includes ability to unlock the track to rotate your hips to about 2 o'clock or 10 o'clock if your body was the minute hand on a giant clock. In other words, you can alter your trajectory (crunching up and down to the sides rather than only a straight-line trajectory) to really work out and isolate specific ab muscles on either side. Or, lock the track in place for your travel straight up and down. Padded knee rest keeps you comfortable while exercising. Fits in tight, small spaces narrower than a typical hallway.
I demoed and used about a dozen ab exercisers before deciding upon this one. It is the highest quality, best built, and most solid. It does not move around and stays planted when you are doing your stomach crunches. Also, the level of travel is far greater on this machine than others. Look at how long the curved track is! Trust me, it is painful, but you will get the results you want much faster with this machine than others! This is a professional quality ab glider that you will find in gyms.
