Clean and comfortable gray fabric sofa from a nonsmoking home. I purchased this used in 2020 and am selling it to make room for new furniture.

Length: 77"
Depth: 44" total, 28" seat depth.
Height: 18" floor to seat, 25" floor to back frame, 33" floor to top of back cushion.
Open left side (no arm, formerly part of a sectional) makes it easy to slide next to a bed or wall.

If you do the work to haul it out of my apartment no later than Saturday, January 10, then it’s free. Bring help. I live on the third floor, no elevator.
