This is an authentic, all original, 19th century mahogany breakfast table c. 1820. It measures 29" high, 44" long and 34" wide. It has a tilt-top function and casters which allow it to be moved out of the way when not in use.
It is in very good condition despite some honest wear expected with a table of this vintage. No repairs have been made. As far as I can tell, the finish is original. The beautiful brass lion paw casters are original as is the rest of the hardware. There are some minor scratches and blemishes on the top as well as a few faint ring stains. There is a scrape on the pedestal and various nicks and dings on the edges of the legs. Four of ten of the original screws which attach the top to the H-frame are missing, but the tilt-top mechanism remains functional.
