This custom made bakers’ bench was created for a home kitchen in order to make pastry. Its solid maple wood base makes it incredibly sturdy, providing the weight and stability required for kneading dough, rolling pastry and shaping breads.
It’s ergonomic height, lower than a standard counter, allows you to leverage your upper body weight and avoid forearm fatigue. To keep the stainless steel surface at a constantly cool temperature, a custom mount has been created on the underside to hold a slab of marble. This is a one-of-a-kind home table for baking novices and hobbyists!
